Yves Saint Laurent Volupte Night Rehab Lip Mask Review

Volupte Night Rehab Lip Mask is a light yet nourishing lip treatment with a barely-there pink tint.  The formula is enriched with apricot kernel oil, macadamia oil, shea butter, coconut fruit juice, and other emollients.  The lip mask goes on sheer and moisturizes without a sticky, goopy feel.  The formula leaves the lips soft, hydrated and with subtle shine.  This product has a fresh watermelon-like scent.

Mon Paris is a smooth berry-floral scent with subtle patchouli undertones.  The fragrance opens with sweet berries, pear, and a hint of bergamot.  The opening gradually mellows into a velvety floral bouquet with fresh peony, lingering berry notes, and a whisper of patchouli.  The floral accord seamlessly fades to a warm, slightly sweet base of musk, amber, and patchouli.  Notes include: Strawberry, Raspberry, Bergamot, Calone, Pear, Orange Flower, Jasmine Sambac, White Peony, Datura, Patchouli, White Musk, Ambrox, Cedarwood, Crystal Moss.

Manifesto is a fruity gourmand scent.  The opening features luscious black currant balanced with citrus and fresh greens.  The black currant accord transitions gracefully to a velvety bouquet of white flowers warmed by tonka bean.  The tonka bean quickly eclipses the floral notes and blends with creamy vanilla and sensual woods in the drydown.  Notes include: Black Currant, Bergamot, Fresh Green Wave, Jasmine, Tonka Bean, Cedar, Sandalwood, Vanilla.  

Yves Saint Laurent Touche Éclat Radiant Touch (2-Luminous Ivory) Review

Touche Éclat is a lightweight concealer/highlighter housed in a golden click-pen dispenser with a nylon brush tip.  The light, creamy formula blends beautifully and can be layered without looking cakey.  The formula contains light-diffusing pigments that illuminate the complexion and diminish shadows without shimmer or sparkles.  While the formula is not opaque enough to cover very dark circles, it brightens and lifts the whole eye area.  Luminous Ivory is a milky beige shade with yellow undertones that is best suited for light skin tones.

Parisienne is a fruity rose scent on a woody base. The fragrance opens with a crisp blend of rose, peony and cranberry, and a sweet blackberry note follows closely behind. The rose flourishes in the middle accord and is subtly enhanced by a soft, powdery violet. Eventually, the rose accord fades to a woody musk finish. Notes include: Vinyl Accord, Peony, Damask Rose, Cranberry, Blackberry, Violet, Patchouli, Musk, Vetiver, Sandalwood.

Elle is a hybrid fragrance.  It’s a unique combination of a fruity-floral with some woody, borderline masculine notes.  The fragrance opens with sweet berries, lychee and a hint of woods/leather that permeates throughout the composition.  Gradually, soft florals emerge as the sweetness from the fruit fades a little.  I detect a hint of soft rose in the floral bouquet.  The drydown is sweet, slightly spicy and woody.  Notes include: Cedrat, Peony, Lychee, Pink Berries, Freesia, Jasmine, Patchouli, Vetiver, Ambrette.
