8 HR Mattifying Moisturizer Sunscreen is an oil-free moisturizer with a soft clean scent.  The formula features a blend of chemical sun filters, antioxidants, botanical extracts, and lightweight skin hydrators. 
The moisturizer feels slightly thick during application, but it rubs in quickly.  The moisturizer has a non-sticky mattifying finish that keeps shine away for hours.  This product may not be moisturizing enough for dry skin types.
