The formula features shea butter oil, jojoba oil, gluconolactone, kombucha extract, squalane, hyaluronic acid, and many other lip conditioners.  The serum applies easily and absorbs to a sheer nourishing finish.  The formula instantly hydrates and softens lips, but the plumping effects are miniscule.
