Clinical KP Treatment Cloths are pre-moistened with an exfoliating liquid that combines 2% salicylic acid and 8% lactic acid to treat keratosis pilaris (also known as chicken skin bumps). The cloths are neither too wet nor too dry and deposit the formula evenly over the skin. The formula leaves the skin hydrated and slightly sticky, but the stickiness eventually dissipates. The clothes smooth the skin and help reduce the bumps with continued use.
