The silky formula is silicone-based and it features a small amount of antioxidants, peptides, and other skin conditioners. The primers feels creamy and moist going on, but it settles to a sheer matte finish. The formula instantly smoothes and softens the eye area, but it does not lessen the appearance of dark circles. The primer creates a smooth base for concealer and extends its wear.
