Regenerist Eye Lifting Serum is a yellowish lotion-serum with subtle golden shimmer and no added fragrance. The formula features niacinamide, panthenol, amino-peptide, vitamin E, and green tea. The serum feels silky and moist as it glides over the eye area. After a few minutes, the serum absorbs to a weightless natural finish without noticeable shimmer. The serum lightly hydrates the eye area, softens fine lines, and works well under concealer. Dry skin types may need an additional moisturizer on top of the serum.
