Pommist Environmental Toner is a cloudy water-like liquid housed in a spray bottle. The formula blends plant and fruit extracts in a base of apple and aloe juices. The toner can be misted over the face or applied with a cotton pad. The toner dries quickly on the skin with only a hint of stickiness. The formula helps to cleanse and refresh the skin but it offers little hydration. This product has a natural fruity scent.
