Maybelline Cool Effect Cooling Shadow/Liner (Chill the Champagne 27) Review

Maybelline-cooleffectshadow Chill the Champagne is a shimmery warm beige shadow/liner pencil.  The shade goes on sheer and brightens the eyes with a subtle sheen.  The pencil is soft but it tugs at the eyelid a bit during application.  The formula has good staying power and does not crease or smudge.  There is a slight cooling sensation when you apply the shadow.
