Eau Première is a sheer, modern interpretation of Chanel N°5. The fragrance has the sparkling quality of the original but with less aldehydes. Eau Première makes an entrance with a luminous medley of flowers. The floral notes are bright and elegant but fade quickly. The florals are followed by a clean and crisp citrus accord reminiscent of fresh, citrus-scented linens. This clean citrus accord is quite tenacious and only softens in the drydown. The fragrance is rounded out with subtle, unsweetened vanilla.
